Ten countries take part in the a competition that wants to integrate different cultures and different cooking traditions from all over the word. The winner will have the Best Cous Cous Award 2016.
Two juries will taste and vote the dishes, a technical panel with the jury president Claudio Sadler, two Michelin star, and a people’s panel.
More than 100 people can be member of the popular jury in each stage of the competition and taste the delicious cous cous plates prepared by the challenging chefs. In order to be a member of the popular jury you have to buy the ticket, available at the PalaBia in San Vito Lo Capo.
Prize of the tickets: Semi-finals 15€ / Final 20€.
