Our main ingredient is cous cous, the most popular dish from North Africa appreciated worldwide, a dish that can unite people and countries in a little town of the Mediterranean Sea: San Vito Lo Capo. A land that with his turquoise sea, his beautiful beaches and his warm climate is the perfect location for a pleasant late-summer break. Ten days of cooking challenges, cous cous tastings and free concerts in the wonderful frame of North-West Sicily, chefs from all over the world, cooking shows of starred chefs, talk shows and analysis of cultural issues are some of the elements that make cous cous fest unique.
